About Me

I’m a junior at Northwestern University in Qatar’s Medill School of Journalism, pursuing a minor in Media & AI.

Driven by a curiosity about people and society, I work at the intersection of journalism, research, technology, and social sciences. As an AIM-Lab Aurora Research Grant recipient, I conducted research on AI and mental health, with the study currently under peer review at Frontiers in Digital Health. I currently work as a Research Assistant at NU-Q.

Co-curricular Experience

Research Assistant | Gender Representation in Ukrainian Media: Conducting qualitative media research, independently coding articles and visual content to identify recurring themes and gender narratives.

Course Assistant | MIT 220: Analyzing Media Texts: Mentored 25 students, providing one-on-one support with essay writing and academic skills.

Peer Writing Tutor | Academic Writing & Research Support: Provide one-on-one guidance on research structure, argument development, clarity, citations, and revision.

Content Creator | Library Media Team: Scripted, filmed, and edited digital content, producing Reels and helping launch the library’s first YouTube videos.

As a peer tutor, I work one-on-one with students at different stages of the writing process, from brainstorming and developing arguments to research, structure, revision, and final proofreading. I enjoy helping students organize their ideas, communicate them more clearly, and develop confidence in their own writing through personalized feedback.
